The QDD-2Q56-AOC is a high-performance 400G QSFP-DD to 2x200G QSFP56 breakout active optical cable designed for reliable, high-speed data transmission in modern data center environments. Supporting a total data rate of 400Gbps, split into two 200Gbps channels, this cable uses PAM4 modulation and operates on an 850nm wavelength for optimal performance. Equipped with an 850nm VCSEL transmitter and PIN receiver, the cable offers digital diagnostic monitoring (DDM) support and meets strict performance standards under CMIS 4.0 and SFF-8636 protocols. With a power-efficient design, it consumes less than 10W on the 400G QSFP-DD end and less than 5W on the 200G QSFP56 ends. This active optical cable operates reliably across a wide temperature range of 0 to 70°C (32 to 158°F) and requires host Forward Error Correction (FEC) for seamless data integrity.
