Edgecore Networks 48 x 1G/10G SFP+, 6 x 100G QSFP28 Aggregation ONIE Router, Broadcom Qumran-MX, Intel® Xenon® D-1548 CPU, 2x AC or 2x -48VDC PSU, F - Front-to-Back
The Edgecore AGR130 is a router based on Broadcom StrataDNX Qumran MX switch silicon, capable of reaching line-rate speeds of 800 Gbps for Layer 2 and Layer 3 switching. Equipped with BCM15K TCAM, the switch can be deployed as a top-of-rack switch in data centers or as a carrier access/aggregation switch and edge router. The AGR130 hardware features a high-availability design, including a pair of redundant, hot-swappable AC or 48 VDC power supply units. The fans are designed with 5+1 redundant fan modules with front-to-back airflow. The Edgecore AGR130 meets the high-performance, availability, and scalability requirements of cloud data centers and communication service providers.
Key features and benefits include high-performance functionality as a data center top-of-rack and carrier access/aggregation switch or edge router. It has 48 SFP+ switch ports that support 10 GbE (DAC, AOC, 10GBASE-SR/LR) or 1 GbE (1000BASE-T/SX/LX), and 6 x 100G QSFP28 ports at the front. It supports IEEE1588v2 and SyncE functions in hardware, and is rack-mountable in standard 19″ racks. The AGR130 includes hot-swappable, load-sharing, redundant AC or -48 VDC power supply units and hot-swappable 5+1 redundant fan modules. For management, it features Ethernet and console RJ-45 ports. The hardware switch comes pre-loaded with the Open Network Install Environment (ONIE) for automated loading of compatible open-source and commercial Network Operating System (NOS) offerings and is compatible with Open Network Linux (ONL).
